I forgot my password – how do I reset it?

- Enter your account email
- Check your inbox (and Spam/Junk folder)
- Open the email and follow the reset link
I did not receive the recovery email
- Check Spam / Junk folder
- Make sure you typed the correct email address
- Wait a few minutes and try again
2) How to Connect (Client Setup)
Which WoW version do I need?
You need World of Warcraft 3.3.5a (Wrath of the Lich King).
How do I connect to the server?

I cannot connect (Unable to connect / Disconnected)
- Make sure your client is 3.3.5a
- Check your realmlist settings (exactly like the guide)
- Restart the game and your internet/router
- Disable VPN / Proxy if you use it
- If the problem continues, contact us on Discord

4) Bug Report (Important)

What should a good bug report include?
- Character name
- Where: zone / map / dungeon / raid + coordinates
- What happened: clear description
- Expected result: what should happen
- Steps to reproduce: how we can trigger it again
- Screenshots / video if possible
Bug report example
Quest: Example Quest Name
Zone: Icecrown (54.2 / 21.8)
Issue: NPC does not give quest reward.
Expected: Reward window should appear.
Steps: Accept quest → complete objectives → return to NPC → no reward.
5) Common In-Game Problems
My character is stuck / cannot move
- Relog (logout and login again)
- If the server has an unstuck option in panel, use it
- If it still happens, contact support on Discord
My game crashes or freezes
- Use a clean 3.3.5a client (without unknown addons)
- Try disabling addons
- Delete the Cache folder and restart the game
Quest/NPC is missing or not working
- Relog and try again
- Reset UI (optional)
- Report it as a bug with details

8) Account Safety
How do I keep my account safe?
- Use a strong password (not used anywhere else)
- Never share your login details with anyone
- Do not download unknown “patches / cheats / boosters”
Do GMs ask for passwords?
No. Staff will never ask for your password. If someone asks, it is a scam.
